1 Corinthians 15:1-8

The difference between the early and the modern church is the conviction the former had about the gospel. What determines the effectiveness of the gospel is the conviction that one have. Jesus suffered that we may operate in a measure of glory, however, there is little or no operation of glory because there is no conviction, and there is no conviction because the gospel hasn't been heard thoroughly.

The Bible is the whole of the gospel, even from the book of Moses, Jesus is revealed (Luke 24:19-27 and 45-47).
Psalms 8: 4-9 speaks about how God is mindful of man but in Hebrews 2: 5-9, it was intelligently revealed that God was preoccupied with Saving man i.e humanity.
Jesus came as fully God and man, and he had to combine those qualities because of what he wanted to do for humanity.
The death of Jesus was the payment for sin, even though it didn't make the payment tangible. The blood of Jesus was shed on the cross wasn't offered on the cross, rather he went to heaven to offer his blood before the father for the sins of man (Hebrews 9: 21-26). The death of Jesus fixed sin problem, the resurrection of Jesus fixed the death problem (Romans 10:9).
The resurrection is the proof that Jesus is God, If Jesus hadn't died and resurrected the faith and the gospel is in vain, It is also a proof by the gift of the holy spirit (John 16:7). The ascension of Jesus facilitated the descending of the Holy Spirit. Jesus' resurrection is proof that since Jesus defeated death and sin, there is nothing bigger that Jesus cannot defeat.
