This episode covers a topic that many people struggle with...asking for help. The inspiration to this topic was from Ginny doing a quick survey months ago with a group of friends and asked them what phrase they had the hardest time with and it was, "I need help." So many of us don't want to ask for help because it feels like we're being a burden or we're embarrassed or just think that we should be able to do everything on our own. But there's the saying "it takes a village" for a reason. We can accomplish so much more when we get to know ourselves and know where are gaps are and then asking for it. There's the asking for help and then actually receiving it and being okay with accepting it. If we're confident and comfortable with who we are, it becomes easier to ask. And in that same comfort comes with wanting to help others. When you've got the right community, people will be happy to help chip in and support you. We can get more done in a shorter period when we have help and we'll probably make less mistakes along the way.
