One of the most difficult lessons I have had to learn in this business over the years is not feeling the need to be "on 24/7" in this business. There can be a happy middle between your production and you having downtime. For some agents, and I was one of them, working as a real estate agent around the clock has been a real challenge because you feel that if you are not working, your business will crumble. There is a time and place for everything, so it's okay to have days when you don't feel like doing anything. However, there is also a time and place when you should resume your work and get laser-focused on what you're trying to accomplish and what your goals are.
