Description

The typical assumption is that if you are on a health plan of any kind, you are focusing on the delicious foods you love but can longer eat. Low carb, low sugar, low fat, no gluten, no alcohol, etc. The focus is on CANNOT instead of on focusing on all of the incredible things you CAN eat. The words "deprivation" or "restriction" come to mind, and this mindset makes it very tough to sustain.

Today we learn the powerful concept of "Crowding Out", and how it can be applied to your health journey. This flips everything you typically associate with a health plan upside down, and outlines examples of how to apply it to your life, regardless of where you are.
