My guest today is Cassie Steinberg, a brilliant Registered Dietitian who earned both her bachelors and masters degree in Clinical Nutrition from NYU. She has worked in a wide range of settings - focusing currently on disordered eating but also has worked in settings from bariatric surgery, to athletes, and everything in between, allowing her a unique glimpse into the psychology and connection between our emotional and physical selves.
