Melissa is an author, speaker, and ministry coach who has invested over 25 years serving the local church on various church staff teams ranging in size from 90 to over 44,000 in weekend attendance. Her newest book is called, Ministry Chick: Find Your Community, Own Your Leadership, Take Your Step. She is the Executive Director of a private Facebook Group, called Ministry Chick, where she leads over 3500 women from all over the world. She's been married to Matt for 30 years and they have two adult sons, two brilliant daughters-in-law, and their first granddaughter was born in June 2023. Melissa recently moved from Central Kentucky to South Texas and has been enjoying the crazy awesome adventure God has her on in this season of life.
