Is consistency really THE "key??"
Working toward our goals each and every day will, in fact, impact achievement... and that is great... BUT is all the stress, striving, and sacrificing worth the stress??
Can we instead be consistently aligning to what is on our heart? In allowing the "shoulds" to fall away and our heart to guide us, will we actually find fulfillment and joy in each day??
