Who can blame us? Each day, as a mom, is wrought with so many stressful interactions and situations. We receive pushback from our kids almost constantly- it feels near impossible to keep our cool.
This episode is about finding what I like to call "the parenting pause." We DO have the ability to pause. We do have the ability to understand what is happening in the brain during these moments of high tension, non-compliance, and on-the-floor tantrums.
