What does integrity mean to you?
I believe that Integrity means being true to yourself.
You can only be true to yourself if you know who you are and what you're about.
This means being brutally honest with yourself. Telling yourself the truth even when you don't want to hear it. Taking time to go inward and self reflect regularly.
Integrity only comes when you're able to live your life in alignment to your highest values, yes, even when it's fucking hard to do so.
So in this solo episode Im talking all things integrity and how you live your life with more integrity.
