When we are looking to RESET, it can be helpful to get a full picture of what needs resetting.
By visiting the past, briefly (not needing to live there), we get information about what got us to where we are in this moment.
It’s also helpful to look at the future, which we will do in the next episode. We can get information from the past and what we want for ourselves in the future so that we can make the best choices for ourselves in the present. Remember, we don’t want to live in the past or the future, we want to live in the present moment.
This episode will look at the past year and assess what worked and what didn’t.
When we do this, we can learn from our own experiences. We don’t necessarily need to label them as good or bad experiences, but rather what worked and what didn’t. And, just because something didn’t work last year doesn’t mean it might not work at another time.
By tuning into yourself in the present moment you will be better equipped to “listen to your gut” or your intuition to make the best choices for yourself at this time.
