We recorded this one in September 2022 while we were still figuring out how to do this whole podcast thing (apologies for the sound quality!); but since we discussed JOYSTICKS on this past week's episode, and we couldn't review that film without touching on its obvious inspiration - the surprise mega-hit from the previous year, PORKY'S - we decided this was as good a time as any to unleash one of our ramshackle early recordings. We also looked back at ROCKY III on this episode - and at the top of the ep, I chronical my ridiculous odyssey trying (and failing) to see CLERKS III in the theater (for anyone wondering; I have since finally seen - and loved - it!), so we're happy to finally share this one.
