This week Ron and Peter celebrate the 40th birthdays of two franchise films - of sorts: The SUPERMAN spin-off SUPERGIRL, and an early party for the belated sequel to Stanley Kubrick's seminal 2001: A SPACE ODYSEY, 2010: THE YEAR WE MAKE CONTACT, which was actually released a couple weeks from now, in December of 1984. And Peter reviews TERRIFIER 3 while Ron tries to wrap his head around the unlikely love for this gore-porn franchise.
