We learned that ‘experiences’ have to be authentic and built on understanding and empathy for our customers.  It starts from the visuals on social media, to hiring the right staff who truly understand what our customers want and what the business really is, to recognising at the end of the day we all want experiences that connect us on a ‘human’ level.
