In the conclusion of Daniel chapter 6 we see that God saves the one who trusts in Him! The stages of salvation are illustrated through Darius who is first anxious over (Daniel's) salvation, then learns the means of (Daniel's) salvation, and finally gives praise for (Daniel's) salvation.
