2017 Metrobank Foundation Outstanding Teacher, Edgar Elago introduces us to his advocacy that promotes culture-based learning as an approach that helps students learn and celebrate the identity of the indigenous people group. Edgar also walks us through his passion projects, especially Cooltura Couture, a social enterprise that produces Manobo and Mamanwa costumes, which helps in the preservation of its unique culture and the rich history of their locality.
