This week looks, and sounds a little different. As some of you know, my Mom lost her father recently. We postponed last week. But, we did not want to go another week without having a conversation with our community. With that we decided that I, Brian, would do the podcast alone. 

Thank you to everyone who has reached out to our family during this time. We truly appreciate the kind and loving words. 

With that, this week is all about Cold Water Therapy. Many of you that are doing or thinking about doing, the 21 Day Challenge have had some questions and comments specifically about this task. Whether that be how challenging it is. Or, what exactly is it, and what are the benefits of it. 

During this episode I will cover the different forms of the Cold Water Therapy, as well as, the top benefits of including it in your life. 

I know a lot of you are struggling to start this, or just finding the answer to staying in the cold water for longer than a few seconds. If you are one of those people, just know you are not alone!
