Hey, Community! We are so happy and grateful to be back recording this week. These last few weeks have been tough for our family after the passing of Debbie’s dad. The topic of today’s episode focuses on a saying she shared with him several years ago: I Should; I Can; I Will; I DID! Listen in as we discuss 5 of our SCWD’S. We invite you to take a minute to: 1.) List your top five SHOULD’s - things you know in your heart you should or want to do. 2.) Next, ask CAN you do these things, whether they are big or small, difficult or simple? 3.) Be honest, WILL you do them? What is your plan? How committed are you? 4.) Celebrate your victories! Visualize what the results will be and how you will feel once you are able to say “I DID IT?!!!
