Gin battled obesity for many years and had tried all the diets with no success. IF proved to be her answer for achieving and sustaining her health goals. She was an elementary school teacher for twenty-eight years making her writing style comprehensive, yet easy to follow. The Obesity Code, by Dr. Jason Fung Dr. Fung is a well-respected and brilliant nephrologist. His work focuses around treating type 2 diabetes and obesity. While this book is science-based, he makes it is easy to understand for us non-science based folks.
