Hey there, Community! Welcome to Resurrecting the Mind, Body, and Soul Podcast!
For starters, we are extremely happy to share that Brian completed his second marathon! Not only did he
complete it, he came in under his goal time and achieved a personal best! We are beyond grateful for this
accomplishment for so many reasons. Great job, Bud!
We hear a lot about success: what it looks like, what steps we need to take to achieve it, how critical
visualization is to the process, and it’s all about the journey not the end result. While these are significant pieces
to reaching our goals, there is another powerful tool we can use to stay on track.
What does failure look like to you? Reflecting on this question opens up a whole new way of looking at not
only attaining our goals, but what could actually be keeping us from achieving them. Do you fear failure? Does
your fear stem from a lack of self-love or self-acceptance? Are you focused too much on other people’s
opinions? Do you feel unworthy or not qualified enough to achieve your dreams? Are you too comfortable in
your comfort zone? Go deep with this question and be brutally honest with yourself. What you discover could
change your life.
Thank you for your support! Our mission is to share information and encourage others to take those next steps.
