In this episode, I read another paragraph from Peter Denton's book, "Gift Ecology." We have all had conversations where someone gets upset or simply refuses to carry on the conversation in a constructive manner so I try to offer some insight based on my own experiences. I found the paragraph in todays reading very useful when contemplating what change in a person may look like.
