In part one of this special interview with former major-league pitcher, Jay Hook. We discussed his earliest baseball memories. what it was like being at two sport athlete at Northwestern along with a story about the time he played against the legendary Wilt Chamberlain.  Receive an  explanation of the term bonus, baby. How Jay ended up signing with the Cincinnati Reds, telling stories about some of his former teammates there. As well as finding out how he became a member of the Mets. Jay also tells about  experience he had playing in Yankee Stadium in 1962 exhibition game. Jay also touched on the Mets first ever victory over Pittsburgh in that same year.
