Chinese New Year celebrations begin on the 2nd New Moon after Winter Solstice (December 21) continuing for 15 days, ending on the Full Moon. This year, Chinese New Year celebrations will begin February 10th and last through February 24th, marking the festival of lanterns.
Chinese New Year is celebrated through many different activities that assist in ushering fresh energy into lives and homes, as well as blessings of health, wellness, success, happiness, prosperity, and abundance.
2024 is the Year of the Wood Dragon! The Dragon is the only animal in the Chinese Zodiac that is a mythical creature. Of all the Chinese Zodiac animals, the Dragon is the one of the most lucky, and the most celebrated.
