Strategic Planning: Long-Range Goals - This is our fourth episode in a series of podcast episodes on strategic planning. Extraction of the goals from the Vision Statement is the beginning of the “reverse engineering” process mentioned in previous podcasts. The goals should be broad-based, identifying the major issues in the Vision Statement, and beginning the transformation from the status quo. Goals, like the process of strategic planning itself, are often dynamic and need to morph with changing circumstances.
