Description

In this practice, we identify our WISE SELF, the voice that is calm, collected, strong, resilient, brave, kind, compassionate, loving, and deeply true to who we are in the present moment.  The saying "wisdom is within" is quite literally true. This meditation practice first connects you to your Wise Self and then offers space for you to form questions you are seeking solutions for.  Just asking the question can be transformative.  We learn, through this meditation and journaling exercise, how to listen to our Wise voice within.
