Welcome to Season 4 of the Podcast - some changes are taking place, but beautiful heart opening conversations will continue. After a lot of thought, Alyssa has decided that it will be her last season with the podcast, with Kailea continuing on solo.
Throughout the season, Kailea and Alyssa explore topics such as body image, ADHD, creating inclusive community, an intro into human design, and so much more. Kailea will also host several conversations and interviews on her own that show you a glimpse into her work as a counselling therapist and coach where she shares deep dive conversations with many inspiring people.
