Episode 71 – Speak Even When Your Voice Shakes

In this episode, I am joined by Jenny Okolo, an Occupational Therapist, speaker and business owner. We engage in conversation about Jenny overcoming shyness to become a speaker, her upbringing and some of the projects she has been involved in. As October is Black History Month here in the UK, Jenny and I explore how she is reclaiming narratives in order to pave the way for others in the future.

You can watch Jenny’s TedXNHS here – How Far Can Your Empathy Go?

Jenny can be found on Twitter and Instagram (jenokolo) if you would like to engage with her.
