Now that the first rounds of stimulus packages have been hastily rolled out by your wise overlords in Washington, we're getting a glimpse into a lot of the problems I pointed out when these programs were first announce. With a return to normal being very far off and states clamoring to be the next ones bailed out, these problems are far from over.
