Today’s guest is the lovely Tina VanDenburg. Tina is a maker who finds her creative practices taking the form of podcasting, garment sewing, and teaching women to sew clothes they love so they feel beautiful, empowered, and connected.

But really, she's a woman who wishes all people knew how creative and capable they are and how they can live a vibrant life on their own terms.  Authentic and fully awake and filled with joy.  No matter what life throws at them.
