On this weeks early release episode of the inspiring Brains Podcast with Niek Theelen I was joined by Vancouver based comedian Ryan Lachance. Ryan has 20 years of experience in the industry so it was great to learn from him, like me he also lives with Cerebral Palsy. Ryan has Quadriplegic Cerebral Palsy which means most of his body is affected by CP and he is confined to a wheelchair. This makes physically getting on stage a challenge for him and thus they are doing a fundraiser to raise $3000 for him to buy the ramp system and make stages more accessible so he can share his talent across Canada.
The ramp is 92% funded at this point and has been ordered with the hope the rest will be raised in the coming days and at the Show Sunday, May 26,2019 at the Vancouver Yuk Yuks
