Intelligence is one of the things by which writers need to keep in mind when they are constructing characters, worlds, and the settings and scenarios they find themselves in. Intelligence I believe is one of the things that needs to be discussed most often especially when writing cross-culturally - - when especially you are trying to counteract a narrative or trope.
