Episode 20 of “Not Your Average Joel” is now out! I had a great time learning a lot from my guest Tony Timberlake on the topic of real estate. We spoke about the process of getting a new house, the stressful moments that happen during the process, the bidding wars that happens, and I even got to learn some real estate terminology! I didn’t do as much talking because I don’t know much about real estate yet I was willing to learn about this topic which is why I decided to do an episode on it. I was taking in everything that Tony was telling me and it was very informative and helpful for whenever I have the opportunity to buy a home on my own. I hope y’all enjoy this episode!
