Episode 22 of “Not Your Average Joel” is now out! I got the opportunity to talk to my friend Danielle Bennett on the importance of working out and exercising. We talked about how often you should exercise each week, what kind of workouts you can do that can be fun, the importance behind stretching before/after you workout, and so much more!
