Dear Daydreamer, Sometimes things don't go as planned...like this episode. And that is okay! Feeling bad or burnt out doesn't mean that you're being negative, and we can't just push our feelings away. If we're not feeling so great for whatever reason...that is okay. Be kind to yourself. I haven't been feeling my best and it felt more honest for me to dive into that this week. It's times like these where I like to take a step back and remind myself of what really matters. Life is short...let's make the most of it...
