In this first episode, I discuss how we train dogs. We also explore why we do it the way we do. Over the last five years, our approach has shifted to play-based training. I was first introduced to this way of working with dogs by Jay Jack from Next Level Dogs in 2017. In 2020, I achieved a Training without Conflict certification by Ivan Balabanov, and 95% of all training is now play-based. This way of working produces superior results for all obedience and behavioral work. Especially the results for fear and aggression cases are remarkable. I hope you enjoy this episode.
