We are tired because of decision fatigue! As we make more and more decisions throughout the day our brains gets tired and it’s harder to execute on those decisions.
Intern, our brains looks for shortcuts to overcompensate for being tired by:
⓵ becoming reckless or impulsive
② doing nothing
How do we overcome this? Be intentional! Try mindfulness or meditation. I personally love the app headspace.
Focus on the 3 most important things you can do today! Do what needs to be done and then rest. Give yourself the space to enjoy life!
