Welcome back to Practical Knowledge. My name is Dickson Hunley and this is another Tell Me Something Great Tuesday,  that one day of the week that you share what it is that is making you smile, what is making you happy and what you’re grateful for with someone else and ask them what it is that they are grateful for. I’m not going to let you go through this alone. I’m going to start us off. Are you ready to spread some happiness and gratitude as far as we can? Alright, let’s get in to it.

Today I’m grateful for achievement. You know that feeling you get when set a goal, work your ass off and reach that goal? That’s what I’m experiencing right now, and I am so grateful for it. I’m taking classes as well as working full time and I just wrapped up this semester with great grades. It was a lot of work and huge time commitment, but this feeling of achievement was worth all of the sacrifice.

When was the last time that you celebrated an achievement? If you’re like I used to be, it’s been a while. I used to think that you had to have some major event to celebrate an achievement. I’ll let you in on a secret. You don’t. You don’t have to win the Super Bowl or a Nobel Prize to take pride in an achievement. You can celebrate any win. Wanted to drop 10 pounds but only lost 3? You could be disappointed because you missed your goal or you could be excited that you are on your way to being healthier and celebrate. Maybe you wanted to read 3 books a month and only read two. Celebrate! Got a promotion? Celebrate! Beat your personal record mowing the lawn? Celebrate! Take time to be grateful for all of your accomplishments.

Now it is your turn. Email us info@DHH2.comand tell me what your most recent accomplishment is and what it is that you are grateful for. Share this show with your friends so that they can share what it is that they are grateful for too. Let’s see how many people we can bring some joy to today.

That’s it for this week’s Tell Me Something Great Tuesday. Thank you so much for watching and listening. If you enjoy the show, please use the links provided to subscribe to our YouTube channel and podcast. Once you do you will get a new episode of Tell Me Something Great Tuesday delivered to you every week. In each episode we share with you what it is that we are grateful for and to remind you to share your great with others. So, until next time, remember to share your great and never forget, I love you.
