Laura Guzman (@girlgonefit_24), has lost over 100lbs naturally using carb cycling DURING the 2020 Covid pandemic. Prior to her incredible weight loss journey, she was diagnosed with endometriosis in 2016, an incurable pelvic inflammatory disease. Lost her mother unexpectedly in 2018, and her father to terminal cancer in 2019. A true fighter in life that continues walk around with her head high and a smile on her face. Despite these incredibly difficult times she took control of her diseases and began a journey in bodybuilding. Competing in 3 shows, including the Natural Olympia and winning the transformation category in 2021. Bodybuilding has saved her life, helped with the grieving of her parents, and helped control her endometriosis. Although life has tried knocking her down many times, she refuses to give up!
