The changemaker mindset is a mindset that helps us to get out of our own way and figure out how to actually make a difference in the world without sacrificing our health and well-being. And by "getting out of our own way" I mean overcoming our internal blocks such as fear, imposture syndrome, lack of confidence, and overwhelm in order to take action!
In this week’s episode, I explain what this mindset is and why it is so important that we develop it. And I share a simple step that you can take today to help yourself step into this mindset. Next week, I’ll dive deeper into HOW you can put it into practice to fuel your change-making journey!
