We all experience negative feelings and uncomfortable emotions each and every day, yet most of us have never been taught how to deal with our emotions in a healthy way. We often try to avoid emotions such as sadness, loneliness, guilt, shame, and anger. But these feelings are a normal, natural, and essential part of our human experience.
