Today I share my personal Ayurvedic morning routine, nighttime routine, and other simple daily self-care practices. According to Ayurvedic wisdom, by establishing routine and ritual in our lives (daily, monthly, seasonally, etc.) we can keep our mind and body in balance and thriving. As environmentalists and activists, our daily routines are opportunities to align our life with our values.
