If you follow anything that I write about you will see a common trend. I’m fascinated by the crazy shit the mind does to us. It’s like a double agent that we’ve allowed into the highest sectors of our mental governance. It just sits there, dishing its dose of self-sabotage whenever it’s left unattended.

So I’m reading the book, “Personality is not permanent” by Ben Hardy. In it, I find out about this notion that took me for a spin. “The Upper Limits Problem.” This was the gem that I’ve earned from digging through hundreds of hours of self-help resources. This is what I’ve been looking for.

Finally,

The explanation for not allowing myself to be good at anything.

The root of the excuses I’ve made for not scaling a business.

The reason for going back to terrible habits after a bit of success.

It’s because that’s where I’m most comfortable, that’s where it’s safe.
