As we allow compassion to lead us in our decisions, actions, and emotions, and avoid the fear that causes the stress in our bodies, it’s very important to show compassion for ourselves.
Yet, because of the minds inclination to judge and criticize, most of us find it extremely challenging, if not impossible to offer compassion to ourselves.
