Compassion has been shown, in abundant studies done by everyone from neuroscientists to the US Navy, to benefit our physical, emotional, and mental health, while also making us more successful in our careers.

It doesn’t take any extra time to be compassionate in any given situation.

And it takes a lot LESS energy.

So why don’t we practice it more?
