As we get through these strange and often difficult times, one of the most helpful and important things to remember is the impermanence of this experience.

And recognizing the impermanence of EVERY experience is even more helpful.

But when we’re in the midst of challenging times, it’s very difficult to remember impermanence.

During challenging times, it can feel like we’ll NEVER get through it.

And that’s where habit comes in.

A habit is something your body knows better than your mind does. And it eliminates the need to remember.

The only way to develop a habit is through repetition. Through practice.
