Description

The suffering we feel, whether physical, mental, or emotional, is mostly not the result of our direct experiences.

Instead, the suffering we experience is a result of our unwillingness to accept our experience.

As we learn to hold our sensory, emotional, and mental activity in non judging awareness, we very quickly discover their impermanence.

And understanding the impermanence of our experiences makes it much easier to accept them.
