Stress is ALWAYS caused by fear.

Fear CAN be a present, physical fear, such as the fear a zebra feels as she’s fleeing a hungry lion.

And the stress response to the fear in the zebras body is EXACTLY the same as the stress response in your body.

But most people in modern society don’t encounter present fears like a zebra and a hungry lion do.

Instead, our fears are based on our thoughts - usually thoughts of some future outcome over which we have little or no control.

Yet, 77% of us manage to feel chronic stress - imagine a poor zebra being chased by a hungry lion EVERY SINGLE DAY.

So the key to being like a zebra and only feeling that stress when it’s really necessary, is to be present.
