Description

From the time of our birth to about our seventh birthday, we are developing our ‘programming’ that becomes the prism through which all our future experiences pass.

We build this prism by absorbing the behavior and interactions of our parents, caregivers, teachers, friends, and even the cartoons we watch.

But the truth is, as it relates to the stress response in our bodies, this programming has as much to do with your Mother’s, and even your Grandmother’s experiences.

A fantastic book on this subject is called:

‘It Didn’t Start With You’ by Mark Wolynn
