Most people recognize and understand the health risks associated with chronic stress.
And most people accept and understand that paying attention to the unfolding, moment to moment experience, without judgment is key to reducing and avoiding chronic stress.
But most people also feel like they don’t have the time, or the room in their lives, to learn and practice meditation and mindfulness.
And that’s why it’s very helpful to start simple.
For some, that means just trying to practice for a few minutes a day.
But some people feel that even that is too much.
