Description

Oftentimes, I suggest to my clients that they do their formal meditation first thing in the morning.

There are a couple of reasons for this:

One, doing a meditation in the morning sets a beautiful and wonderful tone for the day.

And two, when we do our meditation in the morning, we don’t have to worry about finding the time later in the day to do it.

But the downside to this is that we might have the feeling that we’re done for the day.

And with this feeling of being done for the day, we may wind up unwittingly practicing the things that cause us stress and take away our happiness.

Fortunately, this is very easy to avoid with simple, informal practices that don’t take any extra time and hardly any extra effort.
