Ah! The holidays!!! What a wonderful time of year! Right?

But also, what a stressful time of year!!!

It’s very easy to look at all the pressures this time of year - the cooking, the presents, the wrapping, the parties, the traffic - as ‘stressful’ activities.

But not only is this an inaccurate way of looking at these things, labeling them as ‘stressful’ is actually making it all much more difficult and stress-inducing.

The reason is that the stress is happening in our perception of these things, and not in the things themselves.

And mindfulness is a wonderful way to change this perception and reduce the stress response to all the aspects of our lives.

This is why I am offering a mini coaching program, starting next Monday, 12/14.

We will meet via Zoom for five days and each day I will teach you a new practice you can use to reduce your stress now, during the holidays, and for the rest of your life.
